The following cases were disposed Nov. 10 in Davie District Court. Presiding: Judge Mary Covington. Prosecuting: Eric Farr and Pearce Dougan, assistant DAs.

– Roy Lee Arnold, resisting officer, trespassing, stime served, evidence ordered destroyed, $205 attorney fee; interfering with emergency communication, possession of marijuana, 2 counts possession of marijuana paraphernalia, intoxicated and disruptive, simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance, second degree trespass, dismissed per plea.

– Levi Charles Boger, assault on female, dismissed, prosecuting witness failed to appear.

– Frankie Dale Bolen Jr., attempted larceny, sentenced to 15 days, suspended one year, cost, $140 attorney fee.

– Robert G. Carlton Jr., assault with a deadly weapon, 2 counts simple assault, dismissed, prosecuting witness failed to appear.

– Jahme Santiago-Corley, speeding 99 in a 70, reduced to 79 in a 70, $900, cost, $205 attorney fee; reckless driving, dismissed per plea.

– David B. Dunaway, injury to property, deferred prosecution, 12 months probation, drug testing during probation, TASC program, $592.49 restitution, case to be reviewed in 12 months.
