The Contractor for the I-40 Project at the Davie-Forsyth County Line is scheduled to close one lane of I-40 Eastbound, through Friday (5/21), from 1 mile west of NC 801 (Exit 180) to the Yadkin River Bridge (MM 181). These lane closures will be nightly from 5:00PM – 5:00AM and are required to safely place asphalt pavement on I-40 Eastbound. This work is part of the continuing construction to replace the I-40 bridges over the Yadkin River and to widen and make improvements along I-40. As always, this work is weather dependent and may be subject to change.
