I would like to remind readers that no one should be living in a situation where they do not feel safe.

Davie County has a full department dedicated to eradicating violence against adults as well as children. You can receive assistance to help you get out of dangerous situations.

Should you find yourself in such a situation you can call 336-751-3450 or visit their office at 172 S. Clement St., Ste. 2, Mocksville, NC  27028, during business hours.  There is also a 24 hour crisis line 336-751-HELP (4357).

Please do not remain in a relationship that could end up costing your life.
