– Abraham M. Chacon, speeding 90 in a 70, reduced to 79 in a 70, $50, cost; reckless driving to endanger, dismissed.

– Ashlyn Nicole Chavis, possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

– Joshua Eli Danie, domestic trespass, sentenced to 30 days, suspended 18 months, abide by any domestic violence protective order in effect, $100, cost, $465 attorney fee; breaking or entering, not guilty.
