The following cases were disposed of during the Sept. 14 session of Davie District Court. Presiding: Judge Mary F. Covington. Prosecuting: Eric Farr and Justin Freeman, assistant DAs.

– Kylie Rose Midyett, speeding in work zone, reduced to improper equipment, $300, cost.

– Teresa Charlene Moore aka Teresa C. Hoover, operating vehicle with no insurance, dismissed; driving while license revoked DWI revocation, reduced to failure to notify DMV of address change, $100, cost, $205 attorney fee.

– Crystal Cook Mullis, simple assault, dismissed.

– Rebecca Jane Nettles, injury to personal property, dismissed.

– Mandie Michelle O’Neal, driving while license revoked not DWI, reduced to failure to notify DMV of address change.
