– Jesse Ary, communicating threats, sentenced to 45 days, suspended 18 months, 48 hours community service, continue mental health treatment, have no contact with victim nor family of victim, do not possess any firearms; damage to property, sentenced to 30 days at expiration of previous sentence; cyberstalking, dismissed per plea.
– Johnna N. Bachelor, allowing dog to run at large, cost.
– Brianna Leigh Ball, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of marijuana more than one-half to one- and one-half ounces, misdemeanor probation violation, dismissed.
– Jorge Parral Banos, possession of methamphetamine, dismissed; possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 30 days, suspended 12 months, obtain substance abuse assessment and follow recommended treatment, do not use or possess controlled substances, submit to warrantless searches for controlled substances, evidence ordered destroyed, cost, $335 attorney fee.
