The following cases were disposed of during the March 6 session of Davie Superior Court. Presiding: Judge Tonia A. Cutchin. Prosecuting: Rob Taylor, Ina Stanton, and Alan Martin, assistant DAs.

– Gerald Jefferson Burns, assault on a female, assault on an individual with a disability, sentenced to 150 days, 92 days credit.

– Maria Holshouser Biggers, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, reduced to misdemeanor maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, sentenced to 30 days, $744.50 attorney fee; simple possession of a schedule III controlled substance, dismissed.

– Frank LaQuan Butler Jr., felony probation violation, probation terminated, $270 attorney fee.

– Matthew Joseph Chicoine, misdemeanor probation violation, probation continued and extended 7 months beyond expiration date, 5 days active, $400 attorney fee.

– Adam Charles Noseworthy, felony possession of methamphetamine, reduced to simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, sentenced to 90 days, suspended 12 months, cost; carrying a concealed gun, possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 90 days at expiration of previous sentence, suspended 12 months.

– Shawn William Wilkins, attempted first degree murder, sentenced to 94 to 125 months, 1,084 days credit, obtain psychiatric and psychological counseling, submit DNA sample, have no contact with victim, work release denied, cost, $100 service fee, $5,244.70 attorneys fees; assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, dismissed.
