– Bryan Mark Brown, speeding 91 in a 70, reduced to 79 in a 70, $50, cost.

– Derrick Allan aka Allen Brown, misdemeanor larceny, sentenced to time served, cost, $30 restitution to Circle K.

– Anagely Chavez, speeding 98 in a 70, dismissed per plea; reckless driving-, $600, cost.

– Johnathan W. Cornatzer, DWI, sentenced to 60 days, suspended 18 months, 24 hours community service, credit for substance abuse assessment, surrender license, not operate vehicle until licensed, limited driving privilege, $100, cost; reckless driving, dismissed per plea.
