Davie Farm Bureau offers five $2,500 scholarships each year to graduating high school seniors from Davie schools.

Minimum criteria: financial need, satisfactory academic record, demonstrated character and leadership skills.

Members of the board of directors have named the scholarships the Davie County Farm Bureau Coy Barnes Educational Scholarship, after longtime Farm Bureau member and former President Coy Barnes who was a driving force behind establishing the scholarships.
