Donnie R. Broadway passed away in his home in tennessee.

He was born in Davie County on July 23, 1958, the son of the late Fred and Lucille Broadway.

He was a retired truck driver. He worked for about 30 years at Tyson.

Survivors: a daughter, Kelsey (Alex) Damsgard; and a sister, Brenda (Monty Joe) Mauldin.

A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, March 19 at 1 p.m. at Mocksville Wesleyan Church, 307 Hospital St., with the Rev. Dennis Caudle and the Rev. O.W. Broadway officiating.
