Mr. Jack Frye, age 92 of Winston-Salem, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2022.
He was born April 20, 1929 in Surry County to the late Charlie Reid Frye and Zelphia Kirkman Frye. He is also preceded in death by: his wife, Lorene Johnson Frye; and 2 granddaughters, Amanda Frye and Melissa Pozdniakov.
Surviving: a son, Edward Frye (Marybeth); a grandson, Matthew Frye; 3 great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 14, 2022 at Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel by Pastor James M. Brown. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
