Mrs. Sadie Louise Jones Trivette, 81, of Rural Hall, died Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2021, at Davis Regional Medical Center in Statesville.
She was born on Oct. 29, 1939 in Carroll County, Va. to the late Walter Chester and Ida Easter Jones.
Mrs. Trivette worked as an accounting manager for Hanesbrands in Winston-Salem for more than 35 years until her retirement. She was a dedicated, loyal employee and everyone loved working with her. She enjoyed reading and collecting Hallmark ornaments. Recently, she had relocated to be closer to family. During that time, she enjoyed being out on the farm, riding her golf-cart, and spending time with her great nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by: her husband of 45 years, Jerry Wayne Trivette; 2 brothers, Billy Jones and Buddy Jones; a nephew; and a niece.
Survivors: her sister, Hilda Jones Craig (Roger); and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct.16 in Eatons Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Greg McEwen officiating.
