The Davie County Chamber of Commerce hosted a Let’s Do Lunch event and ribbon cutting for The Factory CoffeeHouse on Thursday, Sept. 16 to celebrate a recent expansion and renovations.

Owner David Troyer and his family, staff, and chamber and community representatives were in attendance to celebrate.

“I had the opportunity to be there for the ribbon cutting when The Factory originally opened. It has added so much to downtown Mocksville,” said Will Marklin, mayor of Mocksville. “Seeing a business expand its operation and footprint in town points to the success and hard work of the business owners. I look forward to their continued success.”

The Factory is at 128 North Main St. in downtown Mocksville, offering sandwiches, baked goods, and drink options. It is open Monday-Friday, 6 a.m.-5 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
