To the editor:

I fully support the school board decision to make masks optional for the 2021-22 school year.

I have one word: freedom. We are a free country and free people.

What do you think Daniel Boone and his parents would have supported? Mandates are an overstep and frankly mostly political.

Thank you  again for your support and let’s allow parents the right to choose for their children.
