John Edwin Carter, 74, of Winston-Salem, died Monday, June 28, 2021, at his home.

He was born April 2, 1947, in Muncie, Ind. to the late John Samuel and Betty Jean Jones Carter.

Mr. Carter was a minister and musician at A Taste of Manna Ministries, and had worked in the flooring department at Home Depot.

A celebration of his life will be conducted at a later date.
