The Davie County Courthouse closed on Monday after an employee tested positive for COVID-19. Plans are to re-open on Monday, Dec. 11.

All December courts, except those currently in session and a special session on Dec. 11, have been canceled.

Emergency filing information is posted on the front door, and a locked box beside the front door is available for filings.
