BERMUDA RUN – theplanning board and board of adjustment will meet at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 21 at the town hall, 120 Kinderton Boulevard, Suite 100.

Planning board members will vote on a Zoning Text Amendment 2020-03.  The Board will review text amendments of the Zoning Ordinance regarding compliance with General Statute 160D.

The board will review a design waiver requested by George Webb in accordance with 11.11 of the Zoning Ordinance. The applicant requests to waive portions of the ordinance for a project along Webb Way and further identified as parcel of the Davie County Tax Map D700000236.
