– Joseph Anthony King, DWI, sentenced to one year, suspended 18 months, 7 days active, obtain substance abuse assessment, surrender license, not operate vehicle until licensed, $400, cost, $348.75 attorney fee; operating vehicle with no insurance, canceled/revoked/suspended certificate/tag, hit/run leaving scene of property damage, failure to comply with license restrictions, dismissed; defendant also failed to appear for previous court date and was arrested during DWI court and placed under a $7,000 bond.
