Sept. 11: Robert Branson Aug. 31, failure to appear in court; Natasha Elizabeth James, 39, of Statesville, intoxicated and disruptive; James Lee Leonard, 30, of Granada Drive, Advance, second-degee kidnapping.

Sept. 10: Meredith Sierra Driver, 21, of NC 801 S., Advance, driving while license revoked; Christina Gayle Jackson, 40, of Will Boone Road,  Mocksville, trespassing, resisting an officer, shoplifting.

Sept. 9: Matthew Cole Chapman, 31, of Fairfield Road, Mocksville, misdemeanor child abuse; James Joshua Rogers, 41, of Sunset Drive, Mocksville, larceny by employee; Patrick Sheehy, 51, of Underpass Road, Advance, multiple counts of obtaining property by false pretense, identity theft, financial card fraud.

Mocksville Police

The following are from Mocksville Police Department reports.

– Dustin Watson of E. Lexington Road was charged Sept. 1 with possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

– Chamaran Le’Cole Clodfelter, 25, of Point House Lane, Mocksville, was charged Sept. 12 on  warrant from another jurisdiction.

– Katherine Danielle Mossman, 28, of Pete’s Lane, Mocksville, was charged Sept. 12 with larceny.

– Bethani Ann Gallagher, 26, of Salisbury, was charged Sept. 12 with larceny.

– A report of child abuse on Summit Drive was investigated on Sept. 8.

– A larceny from Circle K on Valley Road was reported Sept. 12.

– Miltton A. Bonilla, simple assault, dismissed at request of prosecuting witness.

– Jacob Lee Crews, simple assault, dismissed at request of prosecuting witness.
