The following cases were disposed of during the September 13 session of Davie DWI Court. Presiding: Judge Carlos Jane’. Prosecuting: Steve Boone, Lauren Stovall and Dominique Caldwell, assistant DAs.
- Davie Allen Bathke, II, DWI, sentenced to 45 days, suspended 18 months, 24 hours community service, credit for substance abuse assessment, surrender driver’s license, not operate motor vehicle until licensed by DMV, limited driving privilege/$100 fee, $100, cost.
- Tori Latrail Etchison, DWI, sentenced to 180 days, suspended 24 months, 72 hours community service, obtain substance abuse assessment, surrender driver’s license, not operate motor vehicle until licensed by DMV, $300, cost, $390 attorney fee; no operator’s license, failure to stop at steady red light, dismissed.
- Nathaniel T. Marshall, DWI, sentenced to 30 days, suspended 18 months, 24 hours community service, credit for substance abuse assessment, surrender driver’s license, not operate motor vehicle until licensed by DMV, $100, cost; driving after consuming under age 21, guilty; reckless driving to endanger, not guilty.
- William A. Montgomery, open container after consuming alcohol first, DWI, not guilty.
- Kimberly D. Parker, DWI, sentenced to 100 days, suspended 18 months, 48 hours community service, obtain substance abuse assessment, surrender driver’s license, not operate motor vehicle until licensed by DMV, $200, cost, $390 attorney fee; reckless driving-wanton disregard, dismissed.
