Michael Ray “Mike” Aaron, 63, of Mocksville, died on Sept. 19, 2019 in Yadkinville while under hospice care.

He was born Sept. 21, 1955 in Forsyth County, a son to the late Moyer “Buck” Aaron Jr. and Betsy Maurer Aaron. He attended Winston-Salem area schools and in 2003 married Cindy Leigh Stone Aaron.

He worked as a commercial painter. He was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church of Cooleemee. He was sick for many years but in his healthier days, he was a golfer.

Survivors: his wife of 16 years, Cindy Aaron; his daughters, Amanda and Crystal of Rural Hall; his brother, Pat Aaron of Winston-Salem; and his sisters, Gaynel and Terry.

No funeral services are scheduled.
