• Peyton Lee Johnson was charged with felony maintaining a dwelling for controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia (marijuana), and possession of drug paraphernalia (non-marijuana)

“During the investigation officers noted that the sellers of narcotics are frequently using the cell phone app ‘snapchat’ to advertise their business to people due to messages being deleted after being viewed,” said Sheriff J.D. Hartman.
“This has become a popular method of advertising amongst younger sellers and users so parents need to be aware of how popular apps are being used for illegal purposes.”

A user of narcotics was transported to the hospital after having a medical emergency due to an adverse reaction with the narcotics that were ingested.
