Charles “Pumpkin” Dulin of Mocksville died unexpectedly at his home on Monday, July 29, 2019.

He was born in Davie County on Jan. 17, 1954, son of the late Nora B. Barker. He attended Davie County Schools and graduated with the class of 1973 from Davie High School.  He was retired from Hanes Brand.  He loved sports, and played football in high school.  Health issues prevented him from being involved in community activities, but he loved to visit with family in Winston-Salem on all holidays and special occasions.   

Survivors: an uncle, Richard Dulin Jr. of Winston-Salem; several cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, Aug. 11 at 5:30 p.m. at Graham Funeral Home. Apostle Nettye I. Barber will officiate.
