Annie Lou Foster Brown, 91, of Mocksville, died on July 10, 2019 at Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury.

She was born Nov. 25, 1927 in Davie County, a daughter to the late Boone H. Foster and Sally Hege Foster. She attended local schools and first married William S. Pierce, then later to Walter F. Brown. She was a member of the Edgewood Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

She was also preceded in death by: her husbands, William and Walter; her daughter, Patricia Seamon; step-son, Walter F. Brown Jr.; sister, Edith Eudy; and brother, Claude Foster.

Survivors: her daughter, Melissa Brown Webster (Jeff) of Las Vegas; sister, Margaret Jean Collins of York; brother, Paul Foster (Annette) of Advance; grandchildren, Theresa Seamon Sanford (Kenneth), Christopher Webster (Jeffrey) and Brittany Webster; great-grandchildren, Jonathan and Patrick Sanford; great-great-grandchildren, Camden and Nicholas Sanford and Ryder Link; and her furbaby, Paisley.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 14 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Davie Funeral Service Chapel in Mocksville. A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 15 at 1 p.m. at the Davie Chapel, with the Rev. Fred Carlton officiating. Burial will be at the Liberty United Methodist Church Cemetery in Mocksville.
