Mr. Raymond Willard Sisler Jr., 67, of Wandering Lane Mocksville, died Sunday June 30, 2019, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem.

He was born March 16, 1952, in Greenbrier County, W.Va. to the late Raymond Sisler Willard Sr. and the late Myrtle Mae Remley Sisler.  He retired from CSX Railroad as an engineer after 42 years.  He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, who loved Ohio State football and was a Dallas Cowboys fan. He was a born-again Christian.

He was also preceded in death by a grandson, Jacob Sisler.

Survivor: his wife of 48 years, Brenda Evans Sisler of the home; 2 sons, Raymond Willard Sisler III (LeighAnn) of Mocksville, and Jason Andrew Sisler (Amy) of Walbridge, Ohio; 4 grandchildren, Alexander, Noah, Emma, and Cody Sisler; 4 sisters; 2 brothers; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 6  at Freedom Baptist Church with the Rev. Billy Louya officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends from noon-2 p.m. at the church.
