Jeffrey A. Adamonis, 45, of Mocksville, died with his family by his side on June 23, 2019 in Winston-Salem.

He was born to Philip and Theresa Adamonis on Dec. 25, 1973. He graduated from Mass Hospital School in Canton, Mass.

He was preceded in death by a friend, Chad McCann of Mocksville.

Survivors: his parents of Island Pond, Vt.; sisters, Elizabeth Irwin of Boston, Mass. and Renie of Rochester, N.Y.; 2 nephews, Robert and Alex Irwin of Boston; his caretaker, Jan McCann of Mocksville; special friends, Tracy McCanin of Mocksville; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A celebration of his life will be held in Island Pond, Vt.
