Barbara Jane (Quillin) Peele, 80, of Mocksville, died on April 12, 2019 at her residence.

Barbara was born in San Fransisco, Calif.,  June 22, 1938 the daughter of the late Howard and Helen (Gosch) Quillin. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Robert C. Peele.

During her working career she was a secretary with Sessions Specialty Co. She was also a member of St. Elizabeth Episcopal Church.

Survivors: sons, S. Troy Peele of Hudson, Fla., and Robert “Bryan” Peele of Santa Monica, Calif.; daughter, Mary “Beth” Johnson (Donald) of Mocksville; brother, Howard Quillin Jr. of Vaca Ville, Calif.; and a grandchild, Anthony M. Yonce.
