Mrs. Margaret Bailey Lefler, 94, of NC 801 S., Mocksville, died Monday, April 1, 2019 at Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House in Salisbury.

Mrs. Lefler was born July 24, 1924 in Davie County to the late William Beal and Mary Ella Nichols Bailey.

She was also preceded in death by: her husband, Richard Prince “Buck” Lefler; a daughter, Margaret Ann Clawson; a son, Jerry Clyde Hendrix; and 3 sisters.

Survivors: 4 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m., Friday, April 26 Rowan Memorial Park in Salisbury.
