 Mrs. Kathy Mae Kiger Seats, 65, of Madison Road, Mocksville, died Thursday, March 28, 2019.

She was born Oct. 11, 1953 in Forsyth County to the late Henry Sylvester and Evelyn Elizabeth Harrison Kiger.  Mrs. Seats was a strong believer in Jesus Christ and shared her faith with others at every opportunity. She loved to go dancing with her husband, visiting the mountains and meeting and making new friends. She never met a stranger that she couldn’t strike up a conversation with. Mrs. Seats was a volunteer at A Storehouse For Jesus. This work became her passion and she made it her mission to help make a difference in the lives of everyone she met. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

She was also preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth.

Survivors: her husband, Phillip Martin Seats of the home; 2 children, Jennifer Seats Anderson (Ronald Gray Anderson Jr.) of Thomasville and Phillip Christian Seats of the home; a brother, Ronnie Kiger; and 3 grandchildren, Nathaniel Gray Anderson, Emma Gelene Anderson and Avery Elizabeth Anderson.

A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m., Saturday, April 13 at Eaton Funeral Chapel with Pastor Hallie Scott officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
