Clifford Odell Perrel, Jr., 71, of Mocksville, died on Monday, Feb. 25, 2019 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem.

He was born May 2, 1946, in Davidson County, the son of the late Clifford Odell Sr. and Lucille Nifong Perrell.

Survivors: his wife of 52 years, Betty Jane Johnson Perrell; 3 sons, David Wayne Perrell of Winston-Salem, Danny Odell Perrell of Mocksville, and Darrell Lee Perrell of Yadkinville; a daughter, Tammy Renee Killian of Rural Hall; 5 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by: 2 brothers, Sammy and Tommy Perrell; and a sister, Legena Perrell Forrest.

A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Friday, March 1 at Davie Funeral Service Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
