Ms. Julia Ann Spillman Koontz, 76, of Mocksville Senior Living, died Saturday, Jan. 27, 2018.

She was born Aug. 17, 1942 in Davie County to the late Calvin Monroe and Ola Mae Keaton Spillman. She was a volunteer with the Habitat for Humanity and the Zachary House in Cooleemee.

Survivors: her 3 children; 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and 2 sisters.

A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m., Friday, Jan. 11 at Eaton Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service.
