Frances “Lib” Wilkie Phillips, 79, of Mooresville, NC, passed away on Monday, June 11, 2018.

She was born on Nov. 14, 1938 in Ellenboro, to the late George R. Wilkie and Ester Greene Wilkie. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Larry Phillips.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors: her children, Scott Phillips (Joanne), Steve Phillips (Carolyn) and Linda Taylor (Keith); sister, Joyce Padgett; 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Services will be held on Wednesday, June 13 at noon in the Chapel at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home. Visitation for family and friends will be one hour prior to the service from 11 a.m.-noon. Burial will follow in Glenwood Memorial Park.
