A Mocksville man faces multiple charges of having sex with an underage girl.

James Delevie, 37, of Mountview Drive, was charged by Mocksville police with statutory rape against a person age 13, 14 or 15, and with first-degree rape of a child.

Misty Gilliam, 32, of the same Mountview Drive address, was charged with felony aiding and abetting.
