TA 2017-03 Self-Storage in Existing Buildings

Applicant George Webb requests a text amendment to allow self-storage warehousing uses within existing buildings in the TC, VM, and CM zoning districts, with additional conditions.  Affected Sections of Zoning Ordinance:  3.5 and 9.59.
