Alexander “Alex” Carl Britt, 23, died Thursday, Oct. 5, 2017.

He was born in Forsyth County on Feb. 2, 1994, the son of McDuffie Allen Britt Jr. and Georgia Michelle Myers. He graduated from Davie County High School and was employed by Central Piedmont Builders. He attended Rock Spring Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by: 4 brothers, Johnathan Britt, Josh Britt, Mack Britt and Marc Turcios, all of Mocksville; s sister, Calista Turcios of Mocksville; a nephew, Raylan Britt; and maternal grandparents, Carl and Phyllis Myers of Harmony.

The celebration of life memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 9, at Davie Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jeff Folk officiating. The family will receive friends following the memorial service.
