Mr. Caleb Ralph Osborne, 38, of Middleburg, Fla., died Thursday, Aug. 17, 2017.

He was born April 12, 1979, in Cabarrus County. He had been a missionary to the Philippines.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Melanie Osborne.

Survivors: his children, Rachel and Samuel Osborne of Florida; his mother, Toy Ann Carter (Ronnie) of Kannapolis; his father, J. Nelson Osborne (Charis) of Statesville; a brother, Josh Osborne (Cassie) of Mooresville; and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was to be conducted at noon Thursday, Aug. 24 at Eaton Funeral Chapel, Mocksville with the Revs. Jason Fuller and Ralph Robinette officiating. Burial was to follow in Legion Memorial Park, Cooleemee.  The family was to receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
