Ms. Marie Bryant Ball, 94, died on Thursday, July 27, 2017.

She was born in Pulaski, Tenn. on Aug. 25, 1922 to the late Owen Kenneth and Eunice Emerson Bryant. She was a hard worker, working two jobs at times to provide for her family and later retiring from Western Electric in 1987 after 32 years. Ms. Ball was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Preceding her in death was a daughter, Marie Cox Roberts and 2 brothers, O.K. Bryant Jr. and Jack Hill Bryant.

Surviving: a daughter, Martha Ball Warner; 3 grandchildren, Hellen Marie Bee (David), Morris Clay “Butch” Roberts and John Samuel Warner III (Angela); 3 great-grandchildren, John Garron Warner, Khara Victoria Warner, and Treyce Allen Warner; a niece and nephew.

A funeral service will be held at noon Monday, July 31 at Friedberg Moravian Church with the Revs. Jimmy Newsome and Dan Nelson officiating. Burial will follow at Westlawn Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Sunday at Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel.
