The filing period for Municipal offices in Bermuda Run, Cooleemee, and Mocksville begins at noon on Friday, July 7 and will close at noon on July 21.

Filing will be conducted for the offices of:  Town of Bermuda Run Council (3 seats, currently held by Michael Ernst, Robert Edward “Ed” Coley, and Richard Cross); Town of Cooleemee Commissioner (2 seats, currently held by Daphne Beck and Andrew Reavis); and Town of Mocksville Commissioner (3 seats, currently held by John L. Frye, Lash Gaither Sanford Jr., and Amy Vaughan-Jones).

Filing fees are $5 and may be paid to the Davie County Board of Elections, 161 Poplar St., Suite 102.  Contact the elections office if you have further questions at 753-6072.
