Spaces are still available at the Davie County Junior Master Gardener day camp June 26-30 from 8 a.m.-3 p.m.

Led by the Davie County Extension Master Gardener Volunteers, daily activities include hands-on activities that teach youth about plants, where food comes from, environmental stewardship and other garden-related topics.

Field trips include a visit to a quarry, tree identification walk led by the county forest ranger, a trip to the Piedmont Triad Farmers Market and more.
