Melissa Drumheller Hilton

Melissa Drumheller Hilton, 32, of Mocksville, died at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem on April 18, 2017.

She was born on Nov. 21, 1984 in Cordova, Alaska to her parents, Earl Franklin and Lu Ann Drumheller. She graduated from Glenn High School and Forsyth Technical Community College and was a paralegal with McClamrock law firm in Mocksville. She married Brandon Hilton in 2013 and helped build a home for her two step-children, Aubrey and Bryson, in the Clarkesville area of Davie County. She was an animal lover, always happy to get home and play with her dog Jazz. She had many friends, and loved to go out to smile, laugh, and be sociable with friends and neighbors.

Survivors: her parents, Earl and Lu Ann; sister, Emily (Mike) Vollink, niece Hayley Vollink; many cousins; her husband, Brandon; and 2 step-children, Aubrey and Bryson Hilton.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents.

A celebration of life will take place May 20  at 1 p.m. at Blaise Baptist Church in the Family Life Center.
