Mr. Jimmie Ross Brown, 78, of Spyglass Drive, Bermuda Run, died Friday, April 14, 2017, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem.

Mr. Brown was born Dec. 17, 1938, in Rowan County  to the late Walter and Beulah Brown. He was owner/operator of Tri Power, Inc. in Mocksville. Mr. Brown was a loving husband, father; grandfather and great-grandfather.

He was also preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Kathie Ann Shepherd Brown; 2 sisters; and 2 brothers.

Survivors: 2 sons, Mike Brown of Clemmons and Bubba Brown (Alicia) of Advance; 3 grandchildren, Haleigh Brown, Alaina Brown and Tyler Osborne; and a great-granddaughter, Kaidence Crawford.

A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m., Tuesday, April 18 at Eaton Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service.
