The Mocksville Planning Board will meet at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 8 at Mocksville Town Hall

Board members will review a request by Beacon Management Corporation to rezone approximately 15.4 acres from Open Space Residential OSR to Highway Commercial HC. The property is between 1119 and 1133 Yadkinville Road and is Davie County Tax Parcel H400000122.

Board members will review a request by Phillip Fuller to rezone approximately 2.3 acres from Highway Commercial HC to General Industrial GI. The property is at 980 Salisbury Road and is Davie County Tax Parcels J5160A0001, J5090A0010 (portions) and the entirety of J5160B0001.
