Marie Ann D’Amato Crotts

Ms. Marie Ann D’Amato Crotts, 69, of Redwood Drive, Mocksville, died Sunday, Nov. 13, 2016, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem.
She was born July 17, 1947, in Brooklyn, N.Y. to the late Michael Anthony and Veronica Ann Gordon D’Amato. Ms. Crotts was a member of Concord United Methodist Church. She was retired from Hanes Narrow Fabrics
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Stella Priest; and a nephew, Matthew Hudson.
Survivors: 4 children, Jennifer Grubbs (Mike), Anita Pulaski, Robin Mason (Damon) and Todd Crotts, all of Mocksville; a sister, Anita D’Amato; 5 grandchildren, Randi Leigh, Danielle Kahrs, Sarah Moore, AuBrie Pulaski and Michelle Crotts; 3 great-grandchildren, Hannah Kahrs, Elloree Crotts and Riley Crotts; special friends, Yvonnia Martin (Bernard) and Jane Robbins; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was conducted at 3 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 16 at Concord United Methodist Church with the Rev. Chad Shoaf officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery. The family received friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
