Davie County Arts Council is hosting the fifth professionally run “Casino Night” on Saturday, Nov. 12 at Bermuda Run Country Club at 7:30 p.m.
This is being held to raise funds for the organization’s art programs such as children’s performances, community theatre productions, art exhibits, and other community art projects.
Tickets are available for $65 and at the door for $75 (must be 21).
“Those who attend will be treated to a fun-filled evening with 12 professionally run roulette, blackjack, craps and poker tables,” said Sidniee Suggs, arts council executive director. Attendees also receive at the door $300 in play money and one merchandise raffle ticket which means they have automatically won a chance to win one of the 60 prizes, including a 58-inch flat screen TV.
Participants will be treated to light refreshments and a DJ with a dance floor. The arts council has arranged for a separate room for those who like to play bingo to be able to have fun, too.
Tickets can be purchased at the Brock Performing Arts Center by phone (336-751-3000) or in person Monday-Friday, noon-5 p.m.
