Mrs. Vonda Lee Russell Fogg, 50, of Advance died Sunday, Sept. 25, 2016 at her residence.

She was born Nov. 11, 1965 in Kingsport, Tenn.  At age 4, she and her parents moved to North Carolina where she resided until her death.

Survivors: her husband, Richard Fogg of the home; son, Zack Russell Myers of Denver Colo.; 2 daughters, Lidia Fogg of the home and Brooke Fogg of Winston-Salem; her mother, Sandra Russell Phillips and husband James of Spartanburg, S.C.; her father, Thomas Russell and wife Vandetta and brother Chad Russell and wife Kristie, all of Church Hill, Tenn.; and 2 grandchildren, Daisha and Javian.

A celebration of life service was held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1 at Forsyth Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel, 3771 Yadkinville Rd., Winston-Salem,   27106.
