Mr. Paul David Smith, 67, of US 601 South, Mocksville, died Friday, Aug. 19, 2016 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem.

Mr. Smith was born Sept. 27, 1948, in Rowan County to the late Harvey Lee and Ollie Talbert Smith.

Survivors: his wife, Pamela Ann Taylor Smith; 4 children, Christopher Mark Smith, Michael Dale Smith (Amy), Daniel William Smith and Christina Hope Smith, all of Mocksville; 2 brothers,  Donnie Smith of Albemarle and Billy Smith of Statesville; a sister, Margaret Scott (Rob) of Mocksville; and 4 grandchildren.

A memorial service will be conducted at noon Monday, Aug. 22 at Eaton Funeral Chapel.
