Linda “Kay” Manning Blankenship, 66, died on Saturday, Aug. 13, 2016 at her residence following a period of declining health.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 17 at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Service in Valdese, with Pastors Gary Manning and Mark Williams officiating. The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. prior to the service.
