Mrs. Terry Kaye Reavis-Freeman, 54, of Edgewood Circle, Mocksville, died Monday, Aug. 1, 2016, at her home.

She was born Sept. 18, 1961, in Davie County to Duard Lowell and Wilma Kaye Phillips Reavis.  T

Survivors:e her parents of Mocksville; her husband, Harlon Eral Freeman of the home; 3 children, Alexis Dessie Freeman of Mocksville, Aerielle Kaye Johnson (John) of Ft. Gordon, Ga. and Augustus Eral Freeman of Mocksville; and 3 brothers, Danny Reavis (Sheila), Todd Reavis (Paula) and Matthews Reavis (Tammy), all of Mocksville.

A memorial service was to be conducted at 2 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 4 at Liberty Baptist Church with the Rev. Frank Blankenship officiating. The family was to receive friends at the church following the service.
