Hunter Thomas Bode, infant son of Summer Lynn Polinski  and Thomas Costas Bode, was born at Forsyth Medical Center on Tuesday, July 26, 2016, and returned to his home in Heaven seven hours later on the same day.

In addition to his parents, surviving are his maternal grandparents, Angela and William Polinski of Walkertown and paternal grandparents, Donald and Anna Bode of Advance.

Services will be private.
