Under and by virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust executed by Ronald S. Coleman and Sandy B. Coleman to Gary L. Upon termination of a rental agreement, the tenant is liable for rent due under the rental agreement prorated to the effective date of the termination.

If the trustee is unable to convey title to this property for any reason, the sole remedy of the purchaser is the return of the deposit.  Reasons of such inability to convey include, but are not limited to, the filing of a bankruptcy petition prior to the confirmation of the sale and reinstatement of the loan without the knowledge of the trustee.  If the validity of the sale is challenged by any party, the trustee, in their sole discretion, if they believe the challenge to have merit, may request the court to declare the sale to be void and return the deposit.  The purchaser will have no further remedy.

BERMUDA RUN TOWN COUNCIL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to G.S. 160A-364 that the Town Council of Bermuda Run will meet at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at the Town Hall, located at 120 Kinderton Blvd., Suite 100, Bermuda Run, NC  27006, to hold a public hearing and to receive public comment on the following items:

TA 2016-02 Environmental Protection

Administrative text amendments to make environmental protection regulations consistent with the adopted Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance, provide clarity and flexibility for open space requirements, update stormwater mitigation standards to be consistent with state law and techniques, and amend any related definitions.    Affected Sections:  Chapters 10 and 12 of Zoning Ordinance.
